Aoife is the founder of Brightside Therapy, a West London-based practice that
supports Neurodiverse children and young people. She has a personal connection
with her work, as she was diagnosed with ADHD and dyspraxia when she was a child.
This inspired her as a mature student to return to university and graduate as an
Occupational Therapist. Aoife works primarily with clients aged 3-25 years who
experience difficulties relating to ADHD, Autism, dyspraxia, emotional regulation and
sensory processing. As a Neurodiverse therapist, Aoife offers a unique perspective
and understanding of how to support her clients in achieving their goals.
